4. Payment Terms

Payment is due based on the pricing plan you select. We charge only for qualified leads that respond to your outreach campaigns. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
